Refunds/Replacements

We are confident that we will provide you with exactly the product and service that will give you 100% satisfaction with your purchase.

However, if for any reason you find your order is incorrect then we offer the options of either refunding your money or sending out a replacement as soon as possible.

 

Please note our terms & conditions:

  • Incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
  • Refunds do not apply to custom signs.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund request without sufficient evidence of error.
  • A refund of the merchandise and taxes will be given however shipping and handling for the delivery will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. ie. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account.
